Clifton College, a prestigious co-educational boarding school in Bristol, engaged Brunel Security to upgrade its outdated Milestone video surveillance system across its 20-acre campus, which accommodates up to 1,200 pupils. The project required seamless system migration and minimal disruption to the school’s daily operations, ensuring the safety of students throughout. Brunel Security implemented a robust solution by installing three new recording servers, leveraging the College’s virtual server, and upgrading to the latest version of Milestone VSS. All existing cameras were seamlessly integrated into the new system, with firmware updates conducted to enhance functionality. Ongoing support through Milestone Care ensures the system’s reliability and efficiency. The project’s success was highlighted by Clifton College’s Systems Manager, who praised the professionalism and expertise of Brunel’s Technical Manager.
